- 25% contribute to all our operational work (including researching the organizations and agreeing on specific projects with 24 of these), the fulfillment (including designing the calendar and project pages, preparing the project materials, engaging a printing company, and logistics), transactional costs (including payment and processing fees at our end), and our marketing (so that you and others can see this opportunity in the first place)

Yes, the easiest way is to get yourself the digital version of this calendar to support all projects from our 24 partner organizations. Alternatively, you can also support Impactful Ninja directly via our donation page.
The premium printed calendar is sustainably printed in the US, using 100% non-toxic toner, on recycled, FSC-certified paper, and shipped in kraft mailers.
The premium printed calendar version will be shipped in kraft mailers (100% plastic-free) from our central warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please note that we are working with a logistics partner who handles this part for us (and contractually signed to operate plastic-free for us).
Our premium print calendars will be shipped in early November and take a few days to arrive. We will update you on this process too. In case you haven’t received any updates or have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at support@impactful.ninja.
To be fully transparent, returns are a bit tricky when the main point of the Advent calendar is helping great organizations do a good deed in your name.
First, if you receive a faulty calendar because of any production issues, please reach out to me directly at support@impactful.ninja with a picture that shows the issue and I’ll take care of figuring out the best next steps for you (depending on timing and calendar availability).
Other than that, we generally cannot offer any returns on The Most Impactful Advent Calendar. Here are two possible scenarios that highlight why:
- You’d like to return the calendar BEFORE December 1st: In this case, you’d have all the information available already on this page to make an informed decision on whether you’d want to commit to giving back this Christmas season.
- You’d like to return the calendar AT or AFTER December 1st: In this case, we are already committed to your good deeds and our partners are prepared to do them in your name. Meaning that we’d not be able to accept any returns as we will have already locked in your financial commitment.

- the communication and updates from each participating organization.

- We do not process or have access to any of your payment information, the payment checkout is done directly via our payment gateway (either Stripe or PayPal).
